Finloose / Operation Ernie. After an upgrade goes awry, Flowbot 3000 institutes a town-wide ban on dancing and puts all of the rule breakers in time-out. Baby and William want to follow the rules, but a ban on dancing doesn't feel fair. Fed up, they show off their sweetest dance moves in hopes of convincing Flowbot to change the rules. // When Ernie feels blue about not having a best friend, he asks Baby and William for help. The two pals try to help him find a best bud just like they did, but their advice doesn't seem to work for the little urchin. They realize if they want to find a fishy who's just like Ernie, they'll have to do it his way. Ernie-style!
