The Crew Builds A Solar-Powered Bus / The Crew Builds A Lifeguard Tower. Sierra Sparkle wants to do a big concert on Tool Top Mountain to debut her new song all about nature. But there isn't a way for all her fans in Builder Cove to get up the mountain and go to the show! Rubble & Crew vows to save the day by building a bus that can take all of the concertgoers to see Sierra. Their plan works out perfectly... until Speed Meister hears about it! He wants to get the best and only seat at the concert, so he steals the bus for himself. It's up to Rubble & Crew to stop the bus and find a way to get it up and running again in time for the show. // It's the perfect beach day in Builder Cove! But Coach Karima, the new beach lifeguard, can't let anyone swim until she can get a good view of the entire beach to make sure it is absolutely safe. Rubble & Crew help her out by building an awesome lifeguard tower that'll let Coach Karima see everyone along the shore. But when Karima can't get down quickly to help out the swimmers, the pups need to find a construction solution!

Rubble moves with his family of construction pups to the nearby town of Builder Cove where they live, play, and build whatever the community needs.
