Chief For A Day. Smudge wins Chief’s offer of being Chief for a day and proposes to deface the statue of Toad outside Toad Hall as a futile gesture to rile Toad! However Toad loves the modernistic approach to his statue and resolves to track down the unknown artist. (10 min)
